Strategy and Product Advice starting from $3,550 incl. GST

In our Investment Advice offering, we tailor investment strategies to each client’s unique financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. Superannuation Strategies and Product Advice
Contribution strategies: starting from $1,800 for singles and $2,400 for couples, including GST
Product and Contribution advice: starting from $3,000 for singles and $4,150 for couples
Knowing how much you should contribute and how you should contribute are two very different things. We take the guesswork out of it and put a personalised plan in place suited to your cash flow/capital requirements and seek the most efficient outcome. Then, if you are unsure where to invest all that money, we can review your existing superannuation strategies and make sure they are up to scratch or need to be updated to suit your investment risk tolerance and preferences.

It is important to note that whilst there are a number of benefits provided by running and operating an SMSF, taking on the work and responsibilities associated with these funds is definitely not for everyone and isn’t something that should be considered lightly. There are many, often complex, rules and regulations that apply to both establishing and operating an SMSF, which includes trustees ongoing responsibilities.

Aged Care Plan
Starting from $4,400 for singles and $6,600 for couples
With the emotional toll of admitting a loved one into aged care, the last things you want to think about are Daily Accommodation Payments (DAPs), Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RADs), basic fees, etc., and how you are going to arrange it going forward. We take the stress and hassle out of this with a clear plan around accommodation deposit funding and planning what to do for the ongoing costs.
This is usually time-sensitive and requires our immediate assistance, so we only take this on if we can.

Insurance Advice
Before we even look at the product, we get to know you and what is important to you and those you love so we can detail your insured sums to meet this need and personalise it for your financial/business and personal circumstances. After this, we find the most appropriate product mix to meet that insured sum, weighing up existing cover, costs, and premium features to find the right one for you.
We then help you put it all in place, walking through the application process with you step by step.
To date, we have helped facilitate insurance claims for clients totalling $9,413,463.
Personal Insurance Cover
For personal advice, we look at the whole picture. Whether you have a partner and 5 children or are seeking to cover yourself effectively, we get to know what you need and what can offset this from your existing asset base or future earnings. We tie both income replacements and lump sum needs together in one figure to make it easy for you.
As we can receive commissions on the establishment of new insurance policies, but this may not always be the best option for you, we have a minimum commission payable for our advice and implementation services; this will be offset by the commission received in relation to your recommendations. For example, our fee was $3,300, and the new insurance product for you paid us $2,200; we would invoice you the difference of $1,100.
Minimum commission:

Business Key Person Cover
No business wants to think about what might happen if their key employee or you were out of action for a few months or never returned to their role. Key person cover provides a safety net for this, as a lump sum injection of income into the business to provide for overheads for a period and replacement hiring costs, profit top-up, or specific fixed costs.
We can put together a simple strategy, taking into account the business needs and applicable taxation, so your business receives the desired net result.

Business Buy/Sell Cover
Similar to the key person, this is specific to businesses and meant to protect the equity for your sake and the ongoing stability of your business. It provides a lump sum payment in the event of death or disablement in lieu of the deceased/disabled business partner's equity, so the remaining partner does not have to go to the bank to pay them out fairly.
This is a complicated strategy given the varying business and equity structures, so it takes a technical approach to ensure taxation is managed and the optimal net result is achieved.

We are appointed as your Correspondence Nominee and take the hassle out of dealing with Centrelink. There are a few things we need from you to get started, and then we submit the application and follow up on the progress.
Health Care Card Application
Starting from $550 for singles and $825 for couples, incl. GST

Debt Management Liaison

We can help negotiate your outstanding debt with Centrelink, starting by calculating the estimated debt and then ensuring it is properly assessed by Centrelink.
Annual Update for Pensions
Starting from $550 per person (incl. GST)
As your nominee, we can provide Centrelink with an annual update on your circumstances, such as bank account balance, superannuation statements, etc.
